A picturesque town in Brittany, northwest France. It sits on the Crozon Peninsula, where medieval and 17th-century fortified towers line the Route des Fortifications. A region rich with history of a people that originated in southwestern Great Britain. Brittany and its people are counted as one of the six Celtic nations. Tradition runs deep and with each year, festivals take place throughout the region to commemorate their beautiful heritage. Hundreds of bagpipes can be heard while children parade in traditional dress and enjoy traditional food and drink. Tia’s travels have taken her to Morgat on many occasions as it has been her family’s summer destination for many years. Tia and her family invite you to join them on their next story book holiday to Morgat for the Fall Winter 2024 season.
NORMANZ PRINTED CORDUROY
This season’s signature print takes inspiration from the classic architecture found in Brittany, France. A melding of vibrant stripes and shapes flowing in varying directions, creating what appears to be little cottages. If you look close enough you will even find small windows, doors and chimneys. Little nuances such as these are what makes this pattern so rich, while keeping it contemporary and abstract. Printed on a super fine cotton corduroy base that is more like velvet.
The beginning of every collection is always exhilarating! As we begin selecting the color story, sourcing the fabrics and trims and honing in on our inspiration, you never know where the collection will take you.
